Relationship to people describes how a species interacts with human life, whether it has been domesticated, is farmed or commercially raised, is kept as a pet, is hunted or fished, acts as an agricultural or structural pest, carries disease as a vector, has become invasive outside its native range once introduced, or has no significant recorded interaction with people at all.
