The Javan blue flycatcher, Cyornis banyumas, is a bird in the family Muscicapidae, endemic to the Indonesian islands of Java and Panaitan, where it is usually seen alone or in pairs. The Dayak blue flycatcher of Borneo, Cyornis montanus, was formerly considered the same species until the International Ornithologists' Union recognized it as distinct in 2021. The IUCN assesses the Javan blue flycatcher as Critically Endangered.
