Nepenthes ventricosa is a tropical pitcher plant endemic to the Philippines, where it grows as a highland species at elevations of 1,000 to 2,000 meters above sea level on the islands of Luzon, Panay and Sibuyan. Its numerous pitchers grow up to 20 centimeters tall and range in color from ivory white to red.
