Feathery bryum, scientifically Bryum capillare and now often reclassified as Rosulabryum capillare, is a moss in the family Bryaceae with a cosmopolitan distribution, found across a wide range of climates worldwide. An unusual trait recorded in the species is its capacity to survive on artificial light alone, allowing it to persist in permanently dark places that receive no natural daylight, such as Crystal Cave in Wisconsin.
