Endomychidae

Endomychidae, the handsome fungus beetles, is a family of coccinelloid beetles found in every biogeographic realm, with roughly 1,300 described species in about 120 genera. Members feed on fungi and are recognized by a tarsal formula of either four-four-four or three-three-three segments, wings lacking a closed radial cell, and a sensory appendage on the second antennal segment as long as the third. The family fossil record runs from the Cenomanian stage of the Late Cretaceous to the present.
