Creeping fingerwort, Lepidozia reptans, is a species of liverwort in the family Lepidoziaceae found on rotting wood, peaty soil and shaded banks in damp temperate woodland. Its slender, finely divided, feather-like shoots creep and branch low over their substrate, a delicate growth form that gives the plant both its scientific name, from the Greek for small scale, and its common name.
