Euphorbia dulcis, known as sweet spurge, is a species of flowering plant in the genus Euphorbia, native to Europe. Its common name reflects that it is less acrid than other Euphorbia species. The cultivar named Chameleon, notable for its purple foliage, is the form most commonly planted in gardens. It belongs to the family Euphorbiaceae in the order Malpighiales.
