All Orchid Genera (Orchidaceae)

Orchid genera are the genera of the orchid family Orchidaceae, which the Tree of Life ranks among the two largest families of flowering plants, ahead of the legume family. GBIF places it in the order Asparagales and lists its genera on its first page of children. The largest by descendant taxa are Bulbophyllum with about 2,757, Dendrobium with about 2,328, Epidendrum with about 2,181, Lepanthes with about 1,281, Habenaria with about 1,141, Maxillaria with about 870 and Coelogyne with about 816.
