Monocot Orders

Monocot Orders is a Browse By group of the Nature Atlas that gathers the orders of monocot flowering plants, grasses, orchids, lilies, palms, gingers and their relatives. An entry belongs here when its own cited article states that it is an order of monocots. It excludes the eudicot and basal flowering plant orders. Members are placed by the classification their cited article gives, not by common name or appearance alone.
