Taxon everyday group names a taxon using the plain word most visitors already know it by. Wikipedia notes a member of Felidae "is also called a felid," but the family as a whole is "commonly referred to as cats," the everyday name almost everyone actually uses. This dimension lets a visitor browse formal taxa by their familiar common names.
