The La Arboleda stubfoot toad was a species of true toad in the family Bufonidae endemic to Colombia, known only from Chingaza Natural National Park, where it lived in subtropical and tropical moist montane forest, high altitude grassland, and rivers at elevations between 2,900 and 3,350 meters. Described in 1992 by Rueda-Almonacid and Hoyos and named for the Muisca people of the region, it occupied a range of only about 10 square kilometers. Habitat destruction drove the species to extinction, and it is now classified as extinct after having earlier been assessed as critically endangered.
