Adelphobates galactonotus, known as the splash-backed poison frog or splashback poison frog, is a species of poison dart frog in the family Dendrobatidae. It is endemic to rainforest in the southern Amazon Basin of Brazil, in a triangular area south of the lower Amazon River in the northeast of the country. The species was described by Steindachner in 1864. It is assessed as Least Concern by the IUCN and listed under CITES Appendix II.
