The cork-bark leaf-tailed gecko, also called the spiny leaf-tailed gecko, is a lizard endemic to Madagascar's Toamasina Province, found in rainforest at altitudes of about 900 to 1,200 meters. Adults measure up to 8.1 centimeters from snout to vent and about 13.4 centimeters in total length including the tail. It reproduces by laying eggs and is classified as Endangered on the IUCN Red List.
