Passerine Orders and Clades

Passerine Orders and Clades is a Browse By group of the Nature Atlas that gathers the order of passerines, the perching birds of the order Passeriformes, and the larger named lineages inside it that the atlas lists beside it, such as the clade Muscicapida. An entry belongs here when its own cited article states that it is the passerine order or a clade of birds within the order Passeriformes. It excludes every other order of birds. Passerines make up about six in every ten bird species, and their feet are arranged for gripping a perch, so this group lets a reader move between the whole order and the lineages that scientists have named within it.
