Agathis silbae is a conifer in the family Araucariaceae endemic to the island of Espiritu Santo in Vanuatu, found only on the Cumberland Peninsula and Mount Tabwemasana between 450 and 760 meters, in wet rainforest receiving about 4,500 millimeters of rain a year. It grows as a large emergent tree rising above the surrounding montane canopy and was described in 1987 by David de Laubenfels, who named it for the botanist John Silba; Vanuatu's forestry department considers it potentially synonymous with Agathis macrophylla.
