Quercus bicolor

Quercus bicolor, the swamp white oak, is a North American species of medium-sized tree in the beech family. It is a common component of the north central and northeastern mixed forests of the United States, tolerates a variety of habitats, and forms hybrids with the bur oak where the two grow together in the wild.
