Eumecichthys is a genus of crestfish represented by a single species, Eumecichthys fiski, the unicorn crestfish, in the family Lophotidae. It is a very rare, little-known bathypelagic fish living at depths of around 1,000 meters, with reported sightings from South Africa, the Sea of Japan, Florida, Mexico, Hawaii, and India.
