Cheirogaleidae is a family of strepsirrhine primates containing the various dwarf and mouse lemurs. Its members live exclusively on the island of Madagascar. The family comprises five genera and forty two species, including dwarf lemurs, mouse lemurs, giant mouse lemurs, hairy eared dwarf lemurs and fork marked lemurs.
