Vampyroteuthidae is a family of vampyromorph cephalopods, order Vampyromorphida, containing the extant vampire squid, Vampyroteuthis infernalis, together with the extinct genera Necroteuthis, Provampyroteuthis and Vampyronassa. The family holds four genera in total, one living and three known only from fossils.
