All Nautilus Genera

Nautilus genera are the genera of the family Nautilidae in the order Nautilida, class Cephalopoda. Animal Diversity Web lists two, Allonautilus and Nautilus, and notes that the nautiloids have more than 90 tentacles, where squid and cuttlefish have eight arms and two tentacles. GBIF lists its genera under the family, led by Eutrephoceras with about 85 descendant taxa, Cenoceras with about 81, Nautilus with about 69, Metacoceras with about 27 and Protocycloceras with about 20.
