Dracaena cinnabari, known as the Socotra dragon tree or dragon blood tree, is a dragon tree native to the Socotra archipelago, part of Yemen in the Arabian Sea. It is named for the blood-like colour of the red sap the trees produce, and it is the national tree of Yemen.
