Derocheilocarididae is a family of marine crustaceans that form part of the meiobenthos, the community of tiny organisms living between grains of sediment. It is the only family in the monotypic order Mystacocaridida and the monotypic subclass Mystacocarida, neither of which contains any other member. These mystacocarids are less than a millimeter long and live interstitially in the intertidal zones of sandy beaches.
