Teleocichla cinderella is a species of cichlid fish endemic to Brazil, where it is found in the lower Tocantins River basin. It can reach a length of fourteen centimeters. The species is a rheophile, meaning it lives in fast-flowing water, and has an elongated body and an underdeveloped swim bladder. It superficially resembles some species of goby or gudgeon.
