Wessel's Tiger Tarantula (Poecilotheria tigrinawesseli), also called Wessel's tiger ornamental, is an arboreal tarantula endemic to the Eastern Ghats of India, known from six locations around Andhra Pradesh. It is morphologically similar to Poecilotheria formosa but genetically closer to Poecilotheria miranda.
