Priasilphidae is a family of beetles in the superfamily Cucujoidea with a Gondwanan distribution, containing three genera, Chileosilpha in Chile, Priasilpha in New Zealand, and Priastichus in Tasmania. Most species are flightless and wingless, live in decaying wood and moss in forests, and are thought to feed on fungi; the family was established by Crowson in 1973.
