Eurotiales is an order of sac fungi, also known as the green and blue molds, formally established in 1980 within the kingdom Fungi, division Ascomycota, class Eurotiomycetes and subclass Eurotiomycetidae. The order comprises five families, 28 genera and roughly 1,280 species, including the genera Aspergillus, with 428 species, and Penicillium, with 467 species.
