Oxalidales is an order of flowering plants in the rosid subgroup of eudicots, comprising seven families, about 58 genera, and roughly 2,000 species. Its members are mostly trees, shrubs, or woody vines found in tropical wet and warm temperate regions, especially in the Southern Hemisphere, and most display compound leaves with five or six sepals and petals. The family Cephalotaceae within the order contains a single species, an Australian pitcher plant.
