Sapindales is an order of flowering plants that diversified during the mid-Cretaceous period, comprising nine families under the APG III classification, including Anacardiaceae, Rutaceae, Sapindaceae, Meliaceae and Simaroubaceae. Well-known members include citrus fruits, maples, mangoes, cashews, frankincense, myrrh, mahogany, neem and pistachio.
