The Atlantic wolffish, also known as the seawolf or Atlantic catfish, is a marine fish of the wolffish family Anarhichadidae, native to the North Atlantic Ocean. Its numbers in United States waters have been rapidly depleted by overfishing and bycatch, and it is currently listed as a Species of Concern by the National Marine Fisheries Service.
