Himalayan Horsetail (Equisetum diffusum) is a perennial horsetail native to the Himalayas that typically grows 10 to 25 inches tall. Its stem is silica rich and rhizomatous, shiny brown in color, and can bear many small hairlike roots as well as tubers.
