The lined leaf-tailed gecko, also called the lined flat-tail gecko, is a lizard native to eastern Madagascar and the island of Nosy Boraha, named for the longitudinal stripes along its body. It reaches a total length of about 270 millimeters and lives on trees in tropical rainforest and on bamboo. It is rated Least Concern by the IUCN, though it faces pressure from deforestation and the illegal pet trade in Madagascar.
