Puya raimondii, also known as the Queen of the Andes in English, titanka or ilakuash in Quechua, and puya de Raimondi in Spanish, is the largest species of bromeliad, with inflorescences that can reach up to fifteen meters in height. It is native to the high Andes of Bolivia and Peru.
