The red-necked wallaby, also known as Bennett's wallaby, is a medium-sized macropod marsupial common across the more temperate and fertile parts of eastern Australia, including Tasmania. It has also been introduced to several other countries, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Isle of Man, France and Germany, where feral populations now persist outside its native range.
