Sturnidae is the starling family of passerine birds, comprising over 100 species distributed naturally across the Old World, most diversely in Africa and southern Asia. The family includes the genus Sturnus and the genus Acridotheres, the mynas, several of which have been introduced far beyond their native range and become invasive.
