Cerambyx is a genus of beetles in the longhorn beetle family, Cerambycidae, tribe Cerambycini, commonly known as capricorn beetles because their long, curved antennae resemble the horns of an Alpine ibex. The genus comprises 48 species, ranging from the well documented great capricorn beetle, Cerambyx cerdo, to many lesser-known species.
