Petaurillus, the pygmy flying squirrels, is a genus of three flying squirrel species: the lesser pygmy flying squirrel, Hose's pygmy flying squirrel, and the Selangor pygmy flying squirrel, whose common names point to their range across the Malay Peninsula and Borneo. The genus was named by Oldfield Thomas in 1908 and belongs to the flying squirrel tribe Pteromyini within the family Sciuridae.
