Sciurocheirus is a genus of nocturnal primates in the family Galagidae, known as the squirrel galagos, native to western equatorial Africa on Bioko Island, Cameroon and Gabon. Originally described as a single species by Waterhouse in 1838, the genus was formally established by Gray in 1863 and now comprises four recognized species following the 2013 description of Sciurocheirus makandensis, alongside S. alleni, S. gabonensis and S. cameronensis.
