Gadilida is an order of small marine scaphopod molluscs, commonly known as tusk shells, established by Yaroslav Starobogatov in 1974 within the class Scaphopoda. Species in Gadilida are notably smaller than those of the other scaphopod order, Dentaliida. The order contains four recognized families, Entalinidae, Gadilidae, Pulsellidae, and Wemersoniellidae, along with three genera, Boissevainia, Compressidens, and Megaentalina, that have not yet been assigned to a specific family.
