Osmundastrum is a genus of leptosporangiate ferns in the family Osmundaceae with one living species, Osmundastrum cinnamomeum, the cinnamon fern. The modern species grows in swamps, bogs and moist woodlands across the Americas and Asia, and the genus has an extensive fossil record reaching back to the Triassic period.
